9. PAYMENT OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

If the Annual Subscription is not paid before the end of  June  every year, the defaulting members shall not exercise the rights of membership till the arrears of subscription are paid.

In the event of default by a member in the payment of annual Subscription, the representative of such member bank if holding an office in the Federation, shall cease to hold such office.
