6. CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP 

The membership of a state Cooperative Bank shall ceases:

1. When the annual subscriptions due from it have not been paid for a period of two years unless  otherwise determined by the Board

OR

2. On the cancellation of the registration of the bank
