34. INTERPRETATION

a)    Should any doubt arises as to the construction or meaning of these Bye-laws or regulations framed thereunder or as to the validity or effect of the proceedings of any meeting of the General Body, Board, Executive Committee, other Committees and Sub-Committees, the matter shall be referred to the Registrar, whose decision shall be final.

b)    In the event of conflict between the Bye-laws of the Federation and its members, the Bye-laws of the Federation shall prevail.

c)    In the event of the conflict between the Bye-laws  of the Federation  and Multi-State  Cooperative Societies  Act, the Act prevails.
