DISPUTES
If any dispute touching the business of the Federation other than a dispute
regarding disciplinary action
taken by the Federation against a paid servant arises:
-
Among members, past members and persons claiming through members and
past members; or
-
Between a member, a past member or person claiming through a member or
a past member and the Federation or any other officer, agent or servant of the
Federation; or
-
Between the Federation and any officer, agent or servant or any past
officer, past servant or the nominee heirs and the legal
representatives of any deceased officer, deceased
servant of the Federation; or
-
Between the Federation and any other banks, such disputes shall be
referred to the Registrar for decision.
