28. AMENDMENT OF BYE-LAWS

No amendment to or alteration in or cancellation of a Bye-laws shall be made except at an Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting and no amendment shall be deemed to have been passed unless two thirds of the members present vote for it and such amendments shall not take effect until registered by the Registrar.
