17. CEASING TO HOLD OFFICE-OFFICE BEARERS

The Chairman and/or Vice-Chairmen/Member of the Board of Directors shall ipso-facto cease to hold office if he/they cease to be Chairman or President of his/their member bank/s or his/their banks is/are in default in payment of annual subscription for more than six months from the beginning of the year for which they were elected.
