15. TERM OF OFFICE OF BOARD

Not withstanding anything contained in these Bye-Laws, the provisions relating to the term of office of the Board which will be three years from the date of its constitution as per Bye-Law 14 will come into effect with the constitution of the Board of Directors on 30 December 1986.

15. A. The members of the Board and the office bearers elected as on 30^th December 1986 shall hold office for a period of three years.
