13. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GENERAL BODY MEETINGS

The Chairman of the Federation and in his absence, one of the Vice-chairmen and  in the absence of the Vice-Chairmen, any member elected by the General Body shall preside over the General Body Meetings (Annual and Special).
