12. SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

a)   A special General meeting of the General Body may be convened by the Chief Executive and in his absence by the Officer authorized by the Board or Chief  Executive:

1. On the direction of the Board
   
   

2. On a requisition from the Central Registrar
   
   

3. On requisition by at least one half of the members of the Federation, specifying the subjects for discussion, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the Act.

b)   At least, seven days’ notice shall be given for such meeting.

c)   The Special General Body Meeting shall transact only the subjects specified in the notice.
