1. NAME

The name of the society shall be ‘National Federation of State Cooperative Banks Ltd.’, and its Registered office shall be at J. K. Chambers, 510-519, Fifth floor, Plot No. 76, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi  Mumbai – 400 703.  Any change in the address shall be notified within 14 days of such change to the concerned Registering authorities.
