NAFSCOB has set up "National Federation of State Cooperative Banks Ltd, Staff Welfare Fund" from 01st April, 1996 with an objective to provide welfare measures such as financial assistance in the form of loan at a concessional rate of interest and/or subsidy to the employees of the Federation for identified purposes. The fund is managed by an internal committee, headed by the Chairman of NAFSCOB. The present composition of the committee is as follows:
