NAFSCOB has a Gratuity Fund Trust entitled "National Federation of State Cooperative Banks Ltd. Employees Gratuity Fund" registered with the Income Tax Commissioner, Mumbai. The fund is managed by the Board of Trustees constituted by the Board of Directors of NAFSCOB and is represented by both the employers as well as the employees in equal numbers. The Chairman of NAFSCOB is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Gratuity Fund Trust. The term of the office of the members of the Board of Trustees is three years. The Board of Trustees was reconstituted with effect from 26th July, 2005 with the following as Trustees:
