8.	Sports Career:	(A) Kabaddi: In Kabaddi, remained the best Kabaddi player of India & played National, Inter-Universities Gold Cup at Bombay and Captained the University team. Declared the best player of the Universities, Punjab & Punjabi Universities, Patiala. (B) Wrestling: 1) Officiated as a Referee/Judge in All India Inter Universities, National, Bharat Kesri and Bharat Kumar in Wrestling. 2) Remained University Champion in Wrestling for 5 years and got colours from Punjab & Punjabi Universities. 3) Got IInd position in All India Inter University Wrestling Championship. 4) Remained Champion in Punjab State Wrestling Championship in the year 1968. 5) Remained Captain of the Wrestling Team which participated in the All India Inter University Championship at Kolhapur in the year 1968. 6) Represented Punjab State in Wrestling in the National Championship & was declared the best Wrestler of the Punjab University, Chandi Garh. (C) Volley Ball: In Volley Ball remained the University Champion, Punjab University, Patiala
