NAFSCOB invites applications for the following posts from eligible candidates.

 

1.                  Joint Director   

Total emoluments in the Payscale of Rs.10000-325-15200 :   Rs.26,150.00

2.                  Deputy Director   

Total emoluments in the Payscale of Rs.8000-275-13500  :    Rs.21,020.00

3.                  Assistant Director  

Total emoluments in the Payscale of Rs.5500-175-9000   :     Rs.14,608.00

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience:   Post Graduate in any discipline.  5-10 years of experience in the fields connected with the problems of Agricultural and Rural Banking, Rural Credit Management and Rural Development Administration.  Diploma in Cooperative Management and Diploma or BCA/MCA in Computer Management and System Analysis is desirable.  Age:  Between 30-35 years in case of Position at No.1 and 2  and less than 30 years in case of position at  No.3.

 

Relaxation in age, qualification and Experience shall be considered in exceptional cases.  The above posts, in addition to the Basic Pay, carries D.A., H.R.A., C.C.A. as applicable to Central Government employees.
